The restaurant opened on May 26, 2009 and has been a big hit since the first night. 

It's always been a dream of mine to open a restaurant where the ingredients were always fresh and the meat was never compromised by cost.  I've made a commitment to myself and to my customers to only serve the best...and that is what we do.

Our Pork is from the Berkshire Black Pig. Highly prized and considered the Kobe Beef of Pork. Highly marbled, tender and juicy. 

Our Fish is bought from local distributors daily. I personally inspect each fish upon delivery...only the freshest fish is chosen! 

Our Chicken, Pork, Beef and Lamb are raised humanely, without any antibiotics, hormones or preservatives. Our Brick Pressed Chicken is Free Range and our Beef and Lamb are feed Grass and Corn.
